I've been working full time for PayPal for 5 years now. As a Sr. Motion Graphics Artist much of my responsibilties revolve around helping to set and maintain brand motion standards. In addition, I have acted as VFX supervisor for a number of shoots over the years and recently helped lead a charge to executing more 3D dev and animation in-house.

Samsung wanted to create a fun, expressive way to annouce their new HBM3-e ship. A mix of 2d titles, some 3d animation, and flashy cuts to the beat of the track, we were able to make a splash in the market and get people excited.

I was given cleared logos from production and the goal was to make them simple and a bit campy to match the real graphics that are seen. I partnered with comedian Jose Sarduy to do GFX for his pilot "Flying Funny". We went with a tactile feel with textures and a blueprint bg to give almost a Mythbusters feel.
